ONE ON ONE DOG WALKS

I will stop by between 10:30am-2:30pm to take your dog on an on-leash walk in your neighbourhood.

10-15 minute pee break $18.50 (+ tax)

30 minute walk $30 (+ tax)

*Additional dog from same family is 50% regular price

OVERNIGHT IN-HOME BOARDING (MY HOME)

Whether you’re going away overnight or for a few weeks, let me take care of your loved one in the comfort of my house where your dog will be treated as if he/she is in their own home, with lots of playtime and cuddles. Food must be provided by owner to avoid sudden changes to your dog’s diet which can be harmful to their digestion.

Pick Up and Drop Off is available for an additional charge dependant on location.

    $65 (+ tax)/night (up to 24 hours)

    $38 (+ tax)/half day (up to 6 hours) 

    $45 (+ tax)/full day (6+ hours)

CAT SITTING

Most cats do not like change so taking them to kennels can be a pain. Let your cat stay at home and Tailwaggers Ottawa will check in on your feline friend. Whether it’s for plenty of company or daytime drop ins for any of your cat’s needs such as feeding, cleaning the litter box and making sure they have plenty of water, Tailwaggers Ottawa is here to help. We are also happy to check mail and water the plants and garden during our visits.

1 visit per day $30 (+ tax) 

* Pricing is for 1 cat; a charge of $5 will be applied for each additional cat

PUPPY AND SENIOR VISITS 

Puppy and senior visits are tailored to your dog's needs. Whether that's extra pee breaks, a quick walk around the block, feeding or just lots of loving. 

1 visit per day $30 (+ tax) (20-30 minutes in length)

AREAS WE SERVICE

Tailwaggers Ottawa is currently servicing Kanata, Nepean and Richmond for walks. If your community is not listed above but you are within close proximity, please contact me and I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.

BOOKING SERVICES

A meet and greet with new dogs and parents is always included free of charge so your dog is familiar with me and the environment before arriving for their stay/starting their walks and to ensure we are the right fit for each other. For boarding services, 1 or 2 trial stays will also be done before confirming longer bookings to ensure dogs are comfortable and a good fit here. These stays are charged as regular bookings. 

A 50% surcharge will be applied to all service rates on the following days; New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday (boarding), Easter Monday (walking), Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Holiday Monday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

In order to book boarding services, there will be a 10% booking retainer required to reserve your dates. This is non refundable and non transferable, regardless of notice given for cancellation and/or changes.

For services taking place over the following holidays and peak dates, the booking retainer will be increased to 20% of fully booked dates. Family Day, March Break, Easter Weekend (Friday-Monday), Victoria Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday), Canada Day, Labour Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday), Thanksgiving Weekend (Saturday-Monday), December 23rd-January 2nd.

CANCELLATION

For walking/drop in services, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge.

For boarding services, please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation or changes. Any cancellations or alterations made within 72 hours of drop off date (this means by 12am on the drop off date not the time scheduled for drop off) will incur a full charge for fully booked services. During the following peak times; December 23-January 2, Spring (March) Break, Victoria Day Weekend, August Civic Holiday Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend; a minimum of 7 days from the drop off date is required. Less than that will incur a full charge.  Once the dog has arrived, you will be charged for fully booked services, this includes if you arrive home early and choose to pick your dog up before the end of their booked stay. This is inclusive of cancellations made due to Covid-19. Our space is limited and we turn away dogs if we do not have the space so last minute changes can often mean we have had to turn other dogs and income away. Please be respectful of our cancellation policies. Last minute changes are very difficult to book so for any changes, please always provide as much notice as possible. 

For cancellation of ongoing walking services, a minimum of 2 week’s notice is required.

Charges will be applied for any last minute cancellations.
